Alps Crossroads Tour is your link to a short vacation in the heavenly natural environment at Interlaken and the Bernese Oberland. Choose between the town and the mountain base. The two different themes allow you to customize your Alps trip.

Alps Crossroads: Town-Based Program

Alps Crossroads is a quick trip to the most famous destination in Switzerland. The tour includes two themes for travelers to choose between.

  • The town-based tour allows you to get acquainted with the town of Interlaken, one of the best Swiss Alps destinations. Enjoy the main attractions and activities.
  • The mountain-based tour is a short trip with accommodation in Gimmelwald a tiny careless village at a very high altitude. No cars around, enjoy the mountains and silence for 2 nights.

The following itinerary is for the Town-Based tour. If you are interested in the Mountain-Based tour, kindly send us a request.

  • Day 1: Pickup from Geneva Airport or Zurich Airport. Request a discount if you are arriving at Bern airport. Drive through the beautiful scenic routes to reach Interlaken which is centered between two mountains and two lakes.  Check-in your hotel and recommended walk in Höheweg Main Street of Interlaken to get acquainted with the city at night. Well beware, the city gets dark around 8 PM during September, so most probably you will get to do all the above in daylight.
  • Day 2: Enjoy the Swiss Alps. Take breakfast at the hotel. Walking tour around Interlaken. If you are an adventure freak, enjoy Interlaken Adventure Discount Card for most of the activities in the Swiss Alps. Free time for leisure & souvenir shopping. Free evening tour in Interlaken.
  • Day 3: Take breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and transportation back to the Airport or main cities in Switzerland.

  • Airport transfers from Geneva or Zurich Airports to Interlaken and return.
  • 2 nights accommodation at a convenient 3* hotel in Interlaken city center for QuickAlps Town Based option or in Gimmelwald, in double rooms on a bed & breakfast basis.
