Description
Dendara Temple, dedicated to the goddess Hathor, is one of the most beautifully preserved temple complexes in Upper Egypt. Unlike many ancient sites, its ceilings, columns, and reliefs retain intricate carvings that allow visitors to appreciate the artistic depth of ancient Egyptian craftsmanship.
During this day trip from Luxor, you will explore the Temple of Hathor, including its grand hypostyle hall, rooftop access areas (when permitted), chapels, and the famous astronomical ceiling.
Your Egyptologist will guide you through the temple halls, explaining the symbolism, religious rituals, and architectural details
