Reservation Steps

Click ‘Book Now’ and pay a 10% deposit to confirm your reservation. After confirmation, our reservations team will contact you to request your hotel name and full address in Cairo, and passport copies of all travelers. Passport copies may be provided immediately after booking or no later than 4 days before the tour date.

Cancellation fees: $10 deposit is non-refundable. $40 is non-refundable if cancelled 7 days before the tour date. Full amount is non-refundable if cancelled 48 hours before the tour date or in case of no-show.

Trip Safety Measurements

We operate this trip using licensed desert drivers and tourism-approved vehicles. Sandboarding equipment is suitable for beginners, and instructions are provided before the activity begins.

Climate Conditions (What to Wear / Bring)

Fayoum is a desert region and temperatures vary depending on the season. Winter (Nov–Feb) is mild and comfortable. Spring and Autumn are warm. Summer (May–Sep) can be very hot.

We recommend comfortable sportswear, closed shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

High-Quality Transportation

Depending on group size, we use Toyota Hiace (small groups) and Toyota Coaster (larger groups). All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and maintained to tourism standards.

Itinerary

08:00 AM – Pickup from your hotel in Cairo.

Your driver will begin the journey toward Fayoum. Upon arrival at the desert area, you will receive a safety briefing and instructions on sandboarding.

You will spend time enjoying the sandboarding activity on suitable dunes. Breaks are provided between rides.

You may relax, take photos, and enjoy the desert scenery.

After the experience, you will return to Cairo.

04:00 PM – Expected drop-off at the same pickup location in Cairo.

If you wish to adjust the pickup time, please inform us in advance. Pickup changes are subject to availability and may involve an additional cost.
